
Don’t get caught up in buying loads of fruit and cutting them up yourself to freeze unless you really want to raw food beginners. Instead look for high quality,organic frozen fruits.
Wild harvest rawks for lack of a better word because they don’t spray nerve gas on their strawberries to ripen them like most conventional farmers do. While you don’t have to purchase everything organic if you can’t afford it, strawberries are something that you should.
However this smoothie doesn’t have strawberries in it raw food beginners ,ha I switched it up on ya ! It has vanilla and blueberry.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence or powder
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients together and serve.
